Marketing & Content Project Manager

Job Description & Duties:
As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in collaborating with the VP of Marketing and the Corporate Core Services Team. Your mission will be to execute marketing plans, provide sales and event marketing support, and ensure the seamless delivery of our marketing services and brand initiatives.
Marketing Services & Brand:
- Coordinate marketing service offerings, managing execution from reservation to completion.
- Facilitate communication with hotel members to gather creative assets, curate copy and visuals, and secure proof approvals.
- Execute new member announcement activations, collaborating with graphic designers and keeping hotel members informed.
- Utilize File Maker Pro to meticulously track all reserved marketing services and campaigns.
- Support email specialists by gathering content and assisting in email construction.
- Collect and analyze hotel campaign results, producing performance reports in collaboration with digital partners.
- Organize and execute client webinars, from managing Zoom invitations to post-event communication with sales teams and hotel partners.
- Source content from internal teams, hotel members, and industry trends for marketing initiatives and archive it in the master library.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as membership, digital, event, and sales.
- PowerPoint expertise to update and produce on-brand presentations.
- Master Teneo’s brand guidelines, offerings, and brand voice standards ensure consistent execution across all disciplines.
- Lead project management using Monday for the team, overseeing project lists, deadlines, and collaboration with graphic designers.
- Maintain press kit materials, Dropbox and SharePoint files, marketing archives, and the hotel asset brand library.
- Assist in drafting creative briefs to outline objectives, key data points, and draft copy points for production.
- Manage and update internal marketing calendars.
Content Management & Creative / Digital Support:
- Support with all MailChimp campaigns from creation, deployment, and reporting.
- Graphic design support and copywriting for social media, presentations, email, and web assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Support managing a master content social calendar to optimize content for audience engagement.
- Coordinate with creative and digital teams for seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Curate engaging blog content to improve search engine rankings, including oversight of contracted blog writers.
- Publish and maintain blog articles on WordPress.
- Provide general web development and design support within WordPress.
- Assist in the production of podcasts.
Sales and Event Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for sales and event team requests, providing project management support as required.
- Create and update sales team presentations and InDesign templates following brand guidelines.
- Oversee the execution and fulfillment of the gifting program, including product selection, ordering, shipping, and execution.
- Handle the ordering, shipping, and coordination of company marketing materials, directories, stationery, and other items.
- Manage the company’s business card and email signature platforms, performing updates as necessary.
- Act as the marketing point of contact for the events team, facilitating creative requests.
- Provide support for various tasks essential to brand development.
Skills & Experience:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field with 1 – 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook, capable of effective collaboration within a close-knit team across multiple departments.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and adept at jumping into projects with resourcefulness.
- Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operating various office equipment.
- Eagerness to understand e-commerce, mobile, content marketing, public relations, and social media.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a strong plus.
- Experience with blog management and WordPress is preferred.
- Familiarity with Monday PMS and MailChimp platforms is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in InDesign and other graphic design capabilities is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in event management and photo production is preferred.
