Michael joins Teneo with a background in strategic systems leadership across hospitality, technology, and commercial operations. He’s led cross-functional initiatives that bridge CRM, sales enablement, and digital transformation – always with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and long-term impact.

He holds an MBA and has spent the last several years building scalable solutions in fast-paced environments. Outside of work, he enjoys time on land, sea and sky – always chasing clarity and finding the perfect coffee-to-desk ratio. He’s passionate about systems that make people’s lives easier, and conversations that make work feel more human.
