With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Nilly has held several key administrative and managerial positions at luxury properties in both South Florida and California. In her most recent roles, Nilly thrived on the opportunity to transform clients’ visions into outstanding events as an Executive Meeting Manager at high-end establishments such as Balboa Bay Resort, Bernardus Lodge & Spa and B Ocean Fort Lauderdale. Her competitive nature and commitment to excellence enhances the valuable partnerships with our customers and our members.

Nilly resides in Jacksonville, FL and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the beach, with her husband and two sons. She also cherishes time with their spirited Mini Australian Shepherd, Ayla. An avid adventurer, she has a personal goal to visit all the U.S. National Parks.
