Double ALL Meeting Planner points requires registration and is available for all new 2025 meetings, standard plan terms and conditions apply. Group must actualize a minimum of $20,000 in guest rooms revenue and $7,500 in Food & Beverage revenue. The $20,000 rebate is per room per night from paid occupied rooms at the standard group rate or higher booked into the official group guest room block; staff-rated, otherwise discounted, and complimentary rooms are not eligible. Maximum rebate of $20,000, Complimentary staff breakfast is buffet breakfast in Juniper restaurant for up to three (3) people on the program’s official meeting dates. Staff thank you toast is sparkling wine for up to ten (10) people at the conclusion of the group’s official program. VIP welcome reception is for up to ten (10) people with domestic beer, house wine, soft drinks, and dry snacks for one (1) hour on group’s arrival day. Unused promotional elements have no cash value.
