With over 21 years of experience in the meetings, events, and hospitality industry, Suzanne brings a deep passion for service excellence and a wealth of global resort knowledge to the industry.

Suzanne began her career as a meeting planner, which laid the foundation for her client-first philosophy and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. For the past 13 years, she has played an integral role as Global Sales Director at AMResorts, now part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection. Her background also includes sales positions with Hilton and The Resort at Pelican Hill, where she further honed her expertise in luxury hospitality and group travel.

A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Suzanne is actively engaged in the industry as a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Northeast chapter.

Based in New Jersey, Suzanne enjoys life with her husband and twin children. As a family, they share a love of soccer, travel, cooking, and spending time at the beach. A proud supporter of AC Milan, Suzanne never misses a chance to cheer on her favorite team in her free time.
