Teneo’s Gary Murakami Appointed to the PCMA Board of Directors and as Incoming Chair of CEMA for 2025
(September 9, 2024), MN – Teneo Hospitality Group is thrilled to announce that Gary Murakami, Vice President of Global Sales and Industry Relations, has been appointed to the 2025 PCMA Board of Directors and Trustees as a Director. Concurrently, Gary will also serve as the incoming Chair for the Advisory Board of the Corporate Event Marketing Association (CEMA). In his dual roles, Gary will support PCMA’s mission with enhanced industry visibility and leadership, while promoting CEMA’s objectives of professional networking events, knowledge-sharing, thought leadership, and advocacy for the value of corporate event marketing. CEMA is a thriving community of over several hundred active members, dedicated to driving industry standards and practices and supporting senior-level event marketing professionals.
PCMA represents a globally diverse community that drives economic and social transformation through business events. As a member of its Board of Directors, Gary will contribute his expertise in meeting and event strategy and planning and hospitality industry knowledge to advance PCMA’s mission. Having served for 2 separate terms on the PCMA Board of Directors and PCMA Foundation Board of Trustees previously, Gary looks forward to his return to the PCMA Board representing CEMA in his role as Chair of the Advisory Board.
