Select from the following options based on tier eligibility:

Rooms Revenue Credit

• 5% Master Account Credit if first peak night arrives on Sunday
• 3% Master Account Credit if first peak night arrives Monday – Saturday

Suite Upgrade

• One (1) complimentary suite upgrade per forty (40) rooms booked

Banquet Menu Enhancement

• 10% credit toward banquet food & beverage enhancements

Future Stay Gift Certificate

• Two-night return stay for the organization or planner

Eligibility Benefits

Tiered benefits based on room night totals:

1. Book 40 nights or more and choose One (1) Tune
2. Book 75 room nights or more and choose Two (2) Tunes
3. Book 100 room nights or more and receive all Four (4) Tunes

Terms & Conditions:

Offer valid for any new bookings and does not apply to previously contracted groups/events. New bookings must be solidified between June 15th, 2025, and August 31, 2025, and must actualize prior to March 31, 2026. Incentives are awarded based on actualized and paid revenue, excluding any taxes and fees. Offer may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Gift Certificates will have a one (1) year expiration from date of issuance. A maximum of $5,000.00 in master account credit may be awarded per booking. Offer is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Blackout Dates may apply.
