Terms & Conditions:

Cash Forward is based on the total revenue produced by the group (rooms only), with a minimum requirement of 30 rooms for three nights. Meeting Planners booking with Karisma Hotels & Resorts can receive up to 7.5% Cash Forward toward their next group. The next group must be booked and contracted within six months of the original group’s departure date. In addition to the Cash Forward benefit, Meeting Planners will also receive a 3-night certificate for every second group booked, redeemable at any Karisma Hotels & Resorts (except Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya). The Cash Forward amount will be applied to the payment schedule of the second group, and it is only applicable to events of equal or greater value than the original booking. The 3-night certificate is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
