Should a contracted group under this offer cancel or change dates outside of March 9 – August 29, 2025, the contracted perks may not transfer with the new dates. Audio visual discount applied with using Pinnacle Live as the exclusive provider and the equipment that is owned, in stock and available. Discount does not apply to labor, sub-rental items, service charge or tax. General Session internet may not exceed the number of guests for the group’s peak room commitment with standard bandwidth.
