Should a contracted group under this offer cancel or change dates outside of January, May or September of 2025, the contracted awards and room rates may not transfer with the new dates. As with rebates, this promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, is based upon availability and may be discontinued at any time and/or once the set of dates are no longer Need Dates.
