*Minimum two programs of equal or greater revenue. Pattern, dates and overall value of the program must be similar to honor same rates and minimums. Minimum two (2) peak nights, 10 to 25 rooms per night. *Groups with ten (10) rooms on peak are subject to 100% attrition. Complimentary room nights are applied as credit to the master account. F&B discount will apply to program year’s Banquet Menu pricing. AV discount is for the sole use of in-house provider only. Complimentary Break (AM or PM) is one (1) 30-minute, chef’s choice break and number of attendees is based on total rooms the night before of the event.
