Filtered drinking water is available in every guest room, eliminating the need for single-use plastic bottles. Reusable glass water bottles, crafted from recycled wine bottles, encourage guests to refill and reuse throughout their stay. Rainwater harvested from the building’s rooftop is also used to help irrigate the hotel’s exterior living walls.
