A distinguished venue for 200 years, Willard InterContinental is the premier meeting space for social and corporate events in Washington, D.C. With over 22,000 sq. feet of event space, the hotel features 19 meeting rooms, including three elegant ballrooms.

Meetings

Accommodating groups of 10 to 450, Willard InterContinental offers 19 meeting spaces in various sizes. Designed in Federal style, each meeting space has its own look and charm. Grand Ballroom, 4,736 square feet, offers privacy on the Ballroom Level and is supported by a number of breakout rooms right on the same level. Our historic ballrooms, Crystal Room and Willard Room, are located on street level, right off Willard Peacock Alley, creating the perfect place to see and be seen. On the second floor, we offer a number of smaller, private meeting spaces, many with natural light.
