STRAIGHT UP
- One (1) complimentary guestroom for every thirty-five (35) actualized room nights.
- Reduced resort fee of thirty-five dollars ($35), current resort fee is $45.
- One (1) complimentary round-trip airport transfer for every fifty (50) contracted room nights.
- One (1) complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom Signature suite over program dates for every fifty (50) contracted room nights *(Sunday – Thursday only)
- Twenty-one (21) day cut-off.
- Waived setup and bartender fees (up to two), applicable to hosted bar(s) with revenue exceeding $500 per bar, excluding tax and service charges.
VIVA
- Two percent (2%) rebate off the master bill, applicable to banquet catered food and beverage events (exclusive of tax, service charge and labor fees)
- Twenty percent (20%) attrition, per night
- VIP check-in for up to ten (10) guests
- Complimentary Wi-Fi for up to five (5) devices in staff office
- Five (5) complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs (excluding suites)
- Complimentary Spa passes for up to ten (10) guests (excludes gratuity)
- Fifteen percent (15%) discount on audio visual equipment (in-house provider, Encore Global must be used exclusively). Rigging, labor and electrical excluded
TOP OF THE ROCK
- One complimentary morning or afternoon coffee break, up to a maximum of 225 guests. Group banquet catered food and beverage minimum must first be met, terms and conditions may apply.
- One (1) complimentary VIP welcome amenity for every fifty (50) contracted room nights, Resort’s choice.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi for up to ten (10) devices in staff office
- Complimentary use of the Conference Center registration desk electronic boards for marketing purposes (on main conference days)
- Dinner credit of $500 at T-Bones Chophouse
*Promotion applicable over the noted Need Dates. Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Offer is available based on Resort inventory and may be discontinued at any time. Group must be booked with a mutually signed contract by June 30, 2024. Management reserves all rights and concessions to be included in the signed contract.
