Erica was born and raised in Minnesota and holds both an Associate’s degree and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She has over 20 years of experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable, with a diverse background spanning Skilled Nursing Facilities, Orthopedic Surgery Centers, and the Hospitality Industry.

Outside of her professional life, Erica is a proud mother of two sons and enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends.
