Erin is a Southern California native with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her career spans global sales, area sales, and on-property leadership roles with Marriott International, where she supported key accounts and drove strategic growth across multiple markets. She later expanded her expertise with Hilton, representing luxury resorts in Mexico and strengthening relationships across the large group segment. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northwood University.

Beyond her career, Erin is fueled by a love for exploration and the outdoors. She’s an avid traveler, a passionate hiker, and someone who finds joy in being surrounded by nature. Photography is one of her favorite creative outlets, often capturing the places and moments that inspire her. She’s also a dedicated sports fan—especially when it comes to professional American football—and never turns down a chance to enjoy live country music.
