A little bit about Julia
Julia has over 25 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry as it relates to the amusement, hotel, restaurant and event management sectors. In her early career she worked through the ranks of the front of house as well as food and beverage, and sales positions at two of Chicago’s most prestigious hotels, one a Hilton International and one a Warwick International, both on the Magnificent Mile.
For the past seven years she has been planning corporate events for the consulting and energy fields. Here she produced a variety of events for senior executives, including customers at luxury properties across the nation and beyond. She has also been active at IMEX, Connect Meetings and Northstar Meetings building her network.
Julia holds a bachelor degree in Hospitality and Tourism as well as a graduate degree, Masters of Business Administration, from Roosevelt University in Chicago. In her spare time she enjoys helping others and is a caretaker and substitute teacher. She stays active and enjoys visiting National Parks, skiing, and watching Chicago sports.
