Get to Know Leigh

Leigh joins the Teneo Hospitality Group Membership department in the newly created role of Manager, Membership.  Prior to joining Teneo Leigh spent over 20 years in hotel sales operations in both support and management roles with Wyndham National Sales, LXR Luxury Resorts, and most recently Hilton Luxury Brands.

In her most recent role with Hilton, Leigh worked alongside the Luxury Sales team leadership and sales directors, as well as managed a team of seven administrative team members that supported both group and transient luxury sales.   Some of her other key responsibilities included sales incentive audits, budget planning & reconciliation, as well as organization, planning and execution of events – both internal team events and external client events.

With her strong business acumen, work ethic and interpersonal skills Leigh has a history of building strong and trusted relationships with both colleagues and stakeholders.  Leigh brings these skills along with her dedication and sense of humor to the Teneo team.

Outside of work, some of Leigh’s favorites include Margaritas & Mexican food, watching Chicago Sports (Go White Sox!), reading, weekend getaways & golden retrievers!
