Teneo Expands Leadership
The premier global sales representation company specializing in meeting planning and hospitality, is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Plank as Vice President of Sales. In this role, he will focus on sales strategy and customer engagement initiatives, collaborating closely with the Teneo sales organization, leadership team and member hotels supporting Teneo’s continued growth strategy.

Justin’s Path to Teneo
With 20 years of hospitality experience, Plank brings a deep expertise in group sales and a track record of driving top-tier results at some of the world’s most iconic hotel brands. Most recently, he served as Resort Sales Director for The Walt Disney Company, leading sales efforts across five premier convention resorts.
Prior to Disney, Plank spent more than a decade at one of the Caribbean’s most celebrated destinations, Atlantis Paradise Island, where he advanced to Vice President of Group Sales, leading convention sales. His career began with Starwood Hotels & Resorts at the landmark Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he honed his expertise in group sales and hospitality leadership.
