Plenty of hotels offer wellness as an amenity; at Amrit Ocean Resort it’s the core mission. At the heart of the resort sits Amrit’s four-story, 103,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor spa and wellness facility — the second largest in the United States after The Venetian in Las Vegas. Included among its list of experiences are:

Groups can book a selection of these for attendees or allow them to choose their own for a refreshing activity in between meetings.
For something a bit more active, gather your group for a personal session with Stoked on Life, a nonprofit made up of licensed therapists and experienced surf instructors. This exclusive activity integrates mindfulness, love of the sea and self, yoga, and a healthy dose of surfing (perfect for any experience level). Games such as Beach Olympics and a sand sculpting contest round out the oceanside group activities.
No resort overview would be complete without mention of food and beverage. True to form, Amrit’s culinary program puts a premium on healthy, nutritious menus with flavorful twists on local coastal cuisine.
