Shaking Up Las Vegas’ Meeting Spaces
Think you know everything about meetings in Las Vegas? Station Casinos redefines the Las Vegas event experience with its four amazing destinations — from the urban sophistication of Palace Station Hotel & Casino to the European-inspired elegance of Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino & Spa, to Red Rock Resort Casino Spa’s stunning natural backdrop, and the bold, contemporary energy of Durango Casino & Resort. Each location blends refined design, award-winning dining, and thoughtful meeting spaces with a sense of place and purpose.
The four resorts’ convenient Las Vegas location, only minutes from the Strip and 15 minutes from the airport, comes with more affordable meeting options, including lower resort fees.
Station Casinos also makes contracting a breeze — one contract serves all four properties. Want to host a reception in the gardens at Green Valley Ranch one night and a team-building event at Red Rock’s bowling alley another? One contract takes care of it all.

Palace Station remains a favorite and is always in style
The Original: Palace Station Hotel & Casino
Opened in 1976, Palace Station Hotel & Casino was Station Casino’s first hotel, quickly gaining popularity for its affordable luxury and entertainment. Its iconic 21-story tower holds 575 guest rooms and 20,000 SF of meeting space (not counting a nine-screen movie theater that can be reserved for groups) with an emphasis on modern efficiency, comfort, and attention to detail.
In 2018, Palace Station underwent a $192 million renovation that improved amenities, refreshed the pool area, refurbished guest rooms, and expanded the gaming floor to include a new bingo room, which has become a popular group activity. Nine restaurants and four bars round out the dining options, including the 24-hour Oyster Bar, one of the most popular restaurants in Las Vegas.
Palace Station Hotel & Casino specializes in servicing small- to medium-sized groups with specialized needs such as per-diem maximums.
Station Casino’s newest resort shines above the Strip
Vegas’ Newest Venue: Durango Casino & Resort
With an interior decorated in varying warm hues of cream, white, and tan, and accents of wood, gold, and leather, Durango Casino & Resort is minimal and elegant — sleek, but not sterile. The addition of plush bedding and floor-to-ceiling windows in the 209 guest rooms, and the meeting spaces’ natural light and high ceilings further highlights their comfortable “desert light” aesthetic. Guests seeking even more luxury can book the suites and enjoy outdoor terraces, separate dining areas, and 24/7 butler service.
Durango Casino is also the only Station Casinos resort to house a proper speakeasy, Wax Rabbit, an enchanting immersive venue hidden within Mijo restaurant. Hungry? “Eat Your Heart Out” is a uniquely curated food hall with restaurants that are either locally owned or family operated. If you missed your chance to get a seat at Oyster Bar in Palace Station, no worries — Durango Casino has one, too.
Board meetings, corporate strategic meetings, and executive retreats are well-suited for the resort — a group of 150 effectively owns all the roughly 20,000 SF meeting space.
Green Valley Ranch’s gardens and vineyard are perfect for al fresco events
The Gardens and Grace of Green Valley Ranch
For groups wanting more of a resort-style getaway in Vegas, Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino & Spa delivers. Spread across eight acres, this Mediterranean-inspired oasis features 493 guest rooms, 65,000 SF of meeting and event space, and a full-service salon and spa. The “backyard” with manicured gardens, a pool with VIP cabanas, and on-site vineyard (in Vegas!) have become a favorite for small group activations.
Also popular: Green Valley Ranch’s fitness and wellness experiences, such as group spa treatments, sound baths, and, in the spring, moon yoga. The resort has been particularly successful with programs from 50 to 2,000 attendees. (Groups with 200–350 on-peak rooms would effectively own the space.)
In exciting news, Green Valley Ranch has begun a property-wide $200 million transformation, expected to be completed in phases by early Q1 2026.
Red Rock Resort is modern and colorful
Red Rock Resort Casino Spa: Sanctuary in Summerlin
Considered the jewel of Station Casino’s collection, Red Rock Resort Casino Spa is the largest of their Vegas-area properties, with 795 guest rooms (renovated in early 2020) and 100,000 SF of indoor and outdoor spaces. Its vibrant scene includes multiple entertainment options and easy access to Red Rock Canyon National Park, drawing groups and incentive travelers who favor outdoor activities, wellness, and relaxation.
Red Rock’s interiors are a perfect nod to the resort’s stunning setting between nature and nightlife. Following a 2020 renovation, every guest room and suite was updated with modern décor and high-end finishes, including marble bathrooms and views of either Red Rock Canyon or the Strip. Each meeting room has floor-to-ceiling windows with plenty of natural light.
For a truly different and fun team-building activity, Red Rock Resort’s 72-lane bowling alley can fit up to 700 and offers digital branding opportunities on its VIP lanes. Other buyout options include their full-service salon and spa, a multi-screen movie theater, and a spacious pool area.
