Applicable for new group bookings with twenty-five (25) or more guest rooms on a given evening during select dates from 1 October 2025 through 15 April 2026. Room rates vary and are per room per evening, excluding destination amenity fee; and Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local tax, currently 16.45%. Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. American Express® gift card* will be provided to one (1) designated recipient within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of final payment. Rebate equal to 3% of all actualized guest room revenue will be credited to the group’s master account by the hotel so long as group achieves its room night commitment.
