New groups who book a meeting of $150,000 or more for a program that meets October 1st, 2025, to September 30th, 2026, will receive 5% of their net guest room revenue credited to the master account. Additionally, groups that book event technology services with Encore valued at $50,000 or more will receive a 25% equipment discount with complimentary basic meeting space Wi-Fi, offering up to 20mbps per group.
Groups booking $50,000 – $150,000 will receive a 1 per 35 Complimentary Suite Upgrade and 10% off Encore technology services equipment.
