Eden Prairie (Minneapolis), MN, October 2019 …Teneo Hospitality Group, the premier Global Group Sales Organization, welcomes premier hotel brand Nobu Hotels and four of its properties to the company’s US and Mexico portfolios with the addition of Nobu Chicago, Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nobu Miami and Nobu Los Cabos. Founded by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, the rapidly expanding luxury brand operates 10 five-star hotels in the US, Europe, Mexico and the Philippines and 41 signature restaurants on five continents. Eight new hotels are slated to open in Europe, the US, Middle East, Canada and South America.

Individually designed to provide the ultimate destination lifestyle experience, all hotels feature a Nobu restaurant, created by the renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Nobu Restaurants, with its innovative new-style Japanese cuisine, striking interior design and impeccable service and presentation, has taken its place as one of the world’s most acclaimed culinary brands.
Chef Matsuhisa’s classical training as a sushi chef in Tokyo and his experience in opening a Japanese restaurant in Lima, Peru, led to the development of a unique fusion cuisine that incorporates Peruvian ingredients into Japanese dishes. Nobu menus feature such signature dishes as miso black cod, rock shrimp tempura, and yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño.

Nobu Hotel Chicago will open in early 2020 in the Windy City’s vibrant West Loop neighborhood, home of Chicago’s noted Restaurant Row. The 115-guest room hotel’s singular architecture and interior design seamlessly blend old-world Japanese influences with ultra-modern motifs. Guestrooms and public spaces afford stunning views of Chicago’s legendary skyline.
Nobu Hotel Chicago offers 3,245 square feet of flexible event space for private social functions, weddings and corporate meetings. On the 10th floor, two adjoining ballrooms provide stunning views of the Chicago skyline and can host up to 150 guests.
The new hotel will feature a 10,000 square-foot Nobu signature restaurant and lounge, as well as a sushi room located beneath the mezzanine level.The latest Nobu restaurant concept, Rooftop at Nobu Hotel Chicago, will debut complete with an indoor lounge, fireplace and outdoor terrace.
Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace Las Vegas, the world’s first Nobu Hotel that opened in 2013, is a boutique hotel within the larger destination resort, which is also a Teneo member.
