Harrah’s Lake Tahoe offers 20,000 square feet of versatile meeting space that can be tailored to your needs precisely. The extreme flexibility of the space makes it well suited for programs that are exceedingly complex as well as those that are modestly simple. The second-floor location is easily accessible from all of the hotel rooms, yet is separated from the hustle and bustle of the lobby and casino. You can also combine meeting space with Harrah’s sister property, Harveys Lake Tahoe, for larger programs.

MEETING HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Sand Harbor Ballrooms, totaling 11,073 square feet, can be configured to seat up to 680 guests for meal functions or 1,100 in theater-style seating for a major presentation.
  • With their symmetrical layout, the four 812-square-foot Tahoe Rooms can be used separately for intimate programs or joined together to accommodate events of up to 142 participants.
  • Four 495-square-foot Committee Rooms offer a perfect setting as a boardroom or for breakouts.
