Tony Aslanian serves as Vice President, Sales and Membership for Teneo Hospitality Group. As part of the leadership team, Tony manages a team of sales professionals and a member portfolio of over 300 hotels and DMCs worldwide, as he elevates Teneo’s growth including new business initiatives in Marketing Services and Digital Marketing.
Previously, Tony was the Principal Partner of Athena Hospitality Management. Athena assists investors and leadership teams with core competencies in revenue management, marketing, business development, reputation management, and sales operations. Client relationships include tourism, attraction, meeting & event industry, and hospitality focused companies.
Tony has held top Sales, Marketing, and Business Development roles in highly visible assignments for Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Benchmark, and other luxury and independent hotel companies. He is an expert branding & pre-opening executive, selling and marketing noteworthy and historic hotels including The Peabody Orlando (now the Hyatt Regency Orlando), The Adolphus, Wentworth by the Sea, a Marriott Hotel & Spa, The Samoset Resort on the Ocean, and the New York Marriott Marquis.
He is married to Jessica Bush Aslanian since 1997 and has two children, Michael and Catie; along with Hazel, their puppy. Tony enjoys sharing in his children’s activities as they participate in in high school varsity speech and debate, cross country running, and competitive cheerleading. He is also a lover of fine dining at chef-owned restaurants, an avid sports fan, and a life-long apprentice at golf.
